I was sitting at the first floor of the University library next to Java City(a coffee shop like Starbucks), reading and waiting for my senior project teammates to show up. Even though there was a glass wall between me and the Java City, I can hear the music that are coming from the coffee shop. The music was relaxing. I didn't know the names of the songs, but sounded to me relaxing and made me want to have a cup of coffee next door. I wonder if music plays a big role in attracting more customers to their place. Do you believe in music effect or the power of music? The music we are hearing from commercials or movies might have their own purposes. If music is so powerful, how can I use music to align myself with the source then?

Today, I went holiday shopping with my dad. We went to Target and Arden mall. There were a lot of people in the mall. Everybody was busying choosing their favorite gifts. I could see the smiles in people's faces. They were enjoying the moments buying gifts for their love ones. My dad and I had a great time also. Even though we did not see preferable outfits for us, we found some great gifts for our friends. It's a season of giving. My dad always says that "giving people happiness makes ourselves happy also." So, How's your shopping going?

Happy Holidays! Everyone. It's the time of year again. I was wondering some gift ideas. I wonder how everybody attracts your best gift ideas. By reading newspapers advertisements? getting online? or using the Law of Attraction to tell the Universe "Just give me an idea"?

Recently, I have seen a lot of my friends got sick because of the flu season. Today, my boss told me that he got a cold also. We have 5 people in a small office, 3 of them got sick. I wonder if mind power can increase my immune system. When people get sick in flu season, is it because of the real flu, or because of the psychological effect? Just because workmates around me got sick, doesn't suggest I will be ill likely, right? Does our mind play a role in this? What's your thought on this?
